On July 18th, 2026, come and spend a grounded, creative day with us at Westcountry Willows, nestled in our off-grid workshop in the heart of Co. Roscommon. Surrounded by nature and good company, you'll learn the timeless craft of willow basket-making — with a twist. This workshop focuses on the beautiful, characterful asymmetric basket, a design that embraces organic shape and individuality. No two will ever look quite the same — just like the hands that made them. Over 5 unhurried hours, we'll walk you through everything you need to know. All materials are provided — just show up ready to get your hands busy. Date: July 18th, 2026 Duration: Approx 5 hours Location: Off-grid workshop, Co. Roscommon €20 deposit to hold your place, €70 on the day You'll go home with more than just a basket — you'll carry with you a skill rooted in craft and connection, and a handwoven piece made entirely by your own hands, shaped by your own instincts.
